The Dangerous Decibels exhibit in the Life Science Hall at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland, Oregon opened June 2002 and closed in May 2011 to over 5 million visitors.
The 2,000 square foot exhibition had 12 interrelated, multi-media, instructional, and entertaining components used state-of-the-art technology, creative ingenuity and current hearing research information to address our educational goals.
The Virtual Exhibit is based on the Dangerous Decibels exhibit at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland, Oregon. It contains a collection of games, demonstrations and activities that will answer important questions about hearing loss prevention.
